A number of teams registered, and few winners were made. We would especially like to thank Burnt Church for
coming to Eskasoni for the first time. Hope that your stay was enjoybale, and that you come again.
2006 turned out to be a great year for the tournament. A number of changes were made in regard to the overall layout
of the tournament. It was especially challenging trying to make the best out of what we had. This year we as a
committee learned a lot, and would like to thank the players and fans for making this year a success. This year we decided
to pool all the men together in one group. The Eskasoni Wolfpak played Eskasoni Red Army in the championship.
The CCR Red Devils were close to defeating Red Army in the semi-finals, and would have evoked a big upset if successful.
In the end the Eskasoni Wolfpak took home the title of 2006 Tommy Marshall Memorial Tournamant Champions.
Congratulations boys, and we hope to see everyone again next year.
